New Premises!
2018 looks quite busy and exciting already and without a doubt the most significant news is about our new premises. From April 2018 the business is moving into a small commercial kitchen in Tunley Farm Estate located just outside of Bath.
There are quite a few things to be done, but as the year progresses the kitchen will be kitted in and it will be the place where all of our pizza dough will be made. “The Dough Farm” as I called it now will also serve as a mini warehouse and playground for some new services and products coming up later in the year.
New Menu!
Our menu is going through a little overhaul and from April we will have 7 permanent pizzas on the menu + 2 seasonal specials that will change through the year. Our shop is also going through a mini refurbishment and some behind the scenes improvements that should all be completed in April
Opening hours:
Pizza Bike Bath will have new opening hours and will be now open from Wednesday to Saturday 12PM – 8PM. You could also order online on Deliveroo and UberEats or for larger orders get in touch at hello@thepizzabike.co.uk for a free quote
Pizza and a pint anyone?
Our neighbours from Wolf Wine are starting doing regular bar nights on Friday and Saturday and we’re currently discussing menus, deals and how to turn our little seating area into a unique and cosy street food restaurant. Watch this space, facebook, instagram twitter etc for more updates.
Pizza Bike @ The Bell
As you probably except The Pizza Bike will continue to be at The Bell every Sunday 12PM – 7PM. Live music, pizza in the garden, interesting people – without a doubt the best place to spend Sundays. The bell Menu will go through a little refreshment as well
Private Parties
It’s business as usual and we already have quite a few bookings lined up for the summer, so if you have a special event coming up drop us a line at hello@thepizzabike.co.uk and we will bring the smallest pizzeria in the world in your garden, park, office or just anywhere you fancy.
Pizza Bike v.4
The next version of The Pizza Bike has been “work in progress” for a while and after quite a few hours spent in researching bicycle trailers, materials and so on I do have design in mind that hope to bring to life sometime in 2018. Until that the current set up is performing quite well and majority of the operations and events in Bath are done using only pedal power.
Where is Ana?
The incredibly loud and hard working Spanish pizza lady that has been part of The Pizza Bike since day one will be missing Pizza Bike Season 2018 as she is heading to South America soon. It’s always been pleasure to work with you Ana and my/our little business would never be where it is at the moment without your hard hard work, drama and passion. Best of luck with your adventures, stay safe and looking forward to hear the new stories when we see each other again 🙂
Are you doing any festivals this year?
Most likely not as will be mostly focused on what we do in Bath and our private events rather than venturing through the fields of England. However we might occasionally pop up in Bristol or Glastonbury through the year.
That’s the plan for the year more or less if you have any suggestions or looking for a job as a pizza chef drop me a line at hello@thepizzabike.co.uk – Pizza Bike is always on the look for new talent.
Thanks for reading and for your support!
