The Food Science Behind The Pizza

   Apart from putting together a bicycle that makes pizza I had to figure out how to make the pizza as well. I’ve already had quite a bit home made experience in pizza making but I’ve never used wood fired pizza oven before and had to adjust my recipes and techniques to it.  Once again having an idea is one thing,  making it real is a whole different ball game. I’ve started testing different combinations of flours, toppings and after a numerous pizza trials with the help of a few Guinea pig friends we found a perfect balance between taste, practicality and easiness. All that research and development produced the simple formula powering our Margherita

(Quality Ingredients + Hard work + The right tools) x (Passion + Love) x ( Time ) = Pizza

   Put that on the back of a bike and you will get The Pizza Bike
