2013 and 2014 were two years full with road trips, mounting biking, exploring , wandering around and adventures of any kind. That was the time when I felt in love with outdoor cooking and started pushing the boundaries of what can you cook out in the wild. Cooking in the wild is always fun and at its core is pure improvisation, there are no kitchen gadgets around to help you , no fancy ovens, no recipe books to guide you. Everything is plain, simple and organic.
You can go to a five star restaurant and order the most expensive dish, but believe me there is nothing better than a well stacked burger cooked out in the open air with a view free of anything artificial!
